Hi, we are John and Vinny Owners of JVs Roadside Kitchen! We were both born and raised on Long Island, growing up together we became best friends and today consider ourselves brothers. After the passing of our friend Anthony Visconte an opportunity presented itself to open JVs Roadside Kitchen and dedicate it in memory of him. With our experience in the food industry JV`s will be serving you high quality food that blows you away. We have incredible family and friends that have supported us on our journey owning this food truck. The amazing community of people we have met along the way has only furthered our knowledge and experience in making this truck successful. We love connecting with people to share stories and suggestions to continue growing. We look forward to hosting any future party you're having or serving you at our many public events throughout the year!
